What a silly and funny movie. Actually, I'm not as excited about this movie as I would usually be. Your man is all ugly and not sexy most of the time... I'm kidding of course. This movie is a love story, but somehow I thought it was a journey of finding love towards oneself rather than towards someone else.

Sitting in the cinema, frantically searching for a meaning of this movie, I was so worried that there would be nothing to write about... When only at the end I realised that opening up to the world and letting it in, switching my brain off, was what I should have done from the start.

I didn't like that it wasn't deep enough for me. Even though I love watching silly movies sometimes, I always manage to find some sort of a special connection between me and the film that I'm watching. This time that connection was somewhere else.

I loved the ridiculously trivial sense of humour. Jokes about stereotypes that you encounter in this movie genre was fun to watch. However shallow it was, the storyline still got me thinking. Thinking about the fact that even though the protagonist had cancer and was horribly mutilated, he still had a sense of humour.

Having a sense of humour in difficult times is one of the bravest and hardest things one can do. And at the end DeadPool shows us the ability to completely accept the reality and deal with it.

So a silly movie can teach you more than you think. Acceptance of oneself and a smile can be one of the reasons that drives happiness in everyday life :)

The glass was way too foggy to have any sort of good quality photos. But nevertheless the Bird Fish and the two below send you creepy black&white greetings from the tank world!

And to end this peculiar visit, these two's Valentines date was in full swing. Tip toeing quietly, I passed them by carefully trying not to disturb their lovely evening!

The day was rainy and I didn't feel like much of an adventure anyway. So I decided to sneak out to a pet shop located in Kinsealy.

I didn't realise that this simple visit can turn into something special. There were meerkats that spoke back to me (yeah I know, you're probably rolling your eyes now) and parrots that were telling me to stop touching them when they were eating...

When I saw the two meerkats my heart started beating faster. I made weird purry cat noises and one of them stuck it's head out from it's little house and began making those noises back at me.

My movie of this week was 'Room'... I didn't find it horrifying or horrible like other people thought it was. I found it educating. Once again someone shows us that kids are wiser than adults.

I'm not going to go on about it in great detail. I'm only going to talk about the message that struck me.

This whole movie is created to illustrate how something that has no escape can be defeated by time and patience.

I loved the ability of Joy (ironically the protagonist's name was Joy) to educate and raise her son in an absolute healthy way, given the circumstances. The kid could read, draw and fantasise. Most importantly he could think like a grown up and think bigger than adults ever allow themselves to think.

Everyone who's watching the movie is being taught a huge lesson. It teaches us to let go of the past. To be able to open up to the whole new world around us and to cherish the big dreams that came true for us.

To let the new wonders of the present world open up for us we have to give things some time to change. Patience and time are the things that make us overcome obstacles and become who we really wanted us to be.

If you ever want to think about your comfort zone or to think about your ability to be brave enough to open up your eyes and accept the change around you with a full clear heart this movie is for you.

Do you ever think why you run a business, read a book, meet people for a coffee? Is there a purpose to it? Do you know what you want?

The trio are adults now. They have their adults worries of how to make their living space a little bit bigger, a little bit more comfy and who knows, maybe some day they'll be ready for  some bigger commitments! So without thinking about it too much, feeling a little bit suffocated in their old 'apartment', unable to get any privacy from eachother, Bubkiss, Dorian and Stormy decided to make a responsible move and start a new life in a bigger centimetre footage.

The trio tried real hard to keep the plants happy by installing some extraordinary lighting to help with their in house vegetation. They have no interest in knowing the names of what they planted, it's not like they are going to wake up in the morning and say.. HELLO ALOE VERA, I hope you have great photosynthesis today. Although maybe you should!



The privacy in their apartment tank has increased and Dorian can now go off and be melancholic in the bushes whenever he likes. "He's a bit dramatic, going off like that... " says Bubkiss vainly, secretly happy that all the attention is on him.
